Hi, Welcome to Canned Heat  (formerly L.A. Adventures.)

As you can see I have updated the entire site.   I have optimized everthing for quick loading, so now it will be a lot easier for you to just pop in to check for updates.    The photo pages are now a listing of descriptions instead of thumbnails which will save heaps of loading time and make my job easier too.
